Philosophy

Constantly following sky-high ambitions & relentless passion for what I do, has enabled me to reach my aspirations. Overcoming obvious challenges, I have constantly pushed myself to accomplish the seemingly unachievable, driven by a positive mindset and with an attitude of never giving up. “My way of survival”. I want to inspire others to adopt a similar approach. I firmly believe that by embracing this mindset, individuals can enhance their self-esteem and consequently find greater satisfaction in life.

Individuals with disabilities continue to face obstacles when seeking education or employment opportunities. Our society often fails to accommodate their unique needs or treat them as equals, despite the fact that it would require minimal additional effort. It is my vision to empower those who face challenges due to disabilities, providing them with the necessary support to pursue education and secure employment while minimizing unnecessary barriers.

By focusing on achieving your potential, pursuing your passion, life may turn into a more satisfactory pathway. This is a matter for all people with or without disabilities.

About

I graduated as Master of Science in Pharmacy in 2000, and since then I have worked in the pharmaceutical industry predominantly Novo Nordisk within Clinical Project Management, Global Medical Affairs and Strategy.

I enjoy the unknown and new ways of thinking, finding new ways/solutions and in the end inspire others to do what their passion oblige them to do. Actually, I insist to challenge status quo almost to the extreme to ensure that all possible solutions have been addressed, since I believe that everything is possible, if you want and insist. I was born with hidden disabilities, which I have handled throughout my life, however I have also faced limitations, which I have been forced to navigate through and overcoming. When I received the message about a progressing physical disorder in my youth, it almost set fire to my ambitions both professionally and personally. Privately, I am married, have 3 children & live close to Copenhagen in Denmark.

Vision

To empower and inspire individuals with or without disabilities, who may not initially recognize their true potential for success. I aim to engage and motivate these individuals, helping them envision and pursue their dreams of obtaining education or securing meaningful employment.
